SO WHY ME?
I get it because I’ve lived it.
Before I became a therapist, I spent 15 years in corporate tech at multiple Fortune 10 companies. As the only daughter of immigrant parents, I never felt like I had the space to ask myself what I wanted—my focus was on making sure my family’s sacrifices weren’t in vain. I climbed the corporate ladder, checked all the boxes, and still felt deeply unfulfilled.
It wasn’t until I allowed myself to question the life I was building that I realized something had to change. That led me here—to a mid-life career shift and the work I do now: helping others like me step out of the cycle of achievement without fulfillment and into something more aligned.
